Sindonews.com - Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) pada perdagangan hari ini diperkirakan berada pada support 4613-4622 dan resistance 4662-4670. Potensi penguatan pada perdagangan hari ini akan didorong positifnya sentimen global.

"Kenaikan yang terjadi memang didukung oleh volume perdagangan. Sehingga memunculkan penilaian IHSG masih dapat menguat," kata Kepala Riset Trust Securities, Reza Priyambada, senin (25/2/2013).

IHSG berpola menyerupai hammer, menyentuh upper bollinger bands  (UBB). MACD naik tipis dengan histogram positif yang mendatar. RSI, William's %R, dan Stochastic kembali upreversal di area overbought.

Menurut Reza, kenaikan pekan lalu masih di bawah target resisten 1 di 4662. "Tentunya masih ada peluang IHSG akan menguat lagi jika sentimen yang beredar lebih banyak positifnya dan tidak dimanfaatkan untuk profit taking secara masif," tegasnya.

Pada perdagangan akhir pekan lalu, IHSG sempat terimbas pelemahan bursa saham AS, Eropa, dan China. IHSG tetap menghijau meskipun sepanjang  intraday perdagangan cenderung bergerak mendatar.

Di sisi lain, menghijaunya bursa saham Jepang, Australia, Singapura, dan lainnya menjadi sentimen positif bagi IHSG sehingga mampu berbalik arah menguat.

Masih banyaknya transaksi asing yang mencatatkan nett buy dan masih banyaknya rilis kinerja emiten di berbagai media yang mengarah positif (BBRI, BDMN, BNGA, HERO, dan lainnya), membuat IHSG terus reli meskipun secara teknikal sudah di area overbought. Pembukaan pasar saham Eropa yang positif menjadikan IHSG tetap bertahan di jalur hijau.

"Sepanjang perdagangan, IHSG menyentuh level 4.651,12 (level tertingginya) di akhir sesi 2 dan menyentuh level 4.626,32 (level terendahnya) di akhir sesi 1 dan akhirnya berhasil bertengger di level 4.651,12. Volume perdagangan dan nilai total transaksi meningkat," papar Reza.

Investor asing mencatatkan nett buy dengan kenaikan nilai transaksi beli dan penurunan transaksi jual. Investor domestik mencatatkan nett sell.

Sementara, pergerakan nilai tukar rupiah kembali melemah setelah terimbas berita negatif dari The Fed yang melalui rilis notula FOMC mengindikasikan akan dibatasinya program pembelian obligasi setiap bulannya.

Namun, pelemahan rupiah tertahan setelah data-data AS juga dirilis negatif sehingga kembali memunculkan spekulasi The Fed akan menunda pembatasan stimulus tersebut. Pasar juga mendapat sentimen positif dari pernyataan Gubernur Bank Sentral Australia (RBA), Glenn Stevens, yang cukup optimistis dengan menyatakan kondisi ekonomi China cukup membaik dan nilai tukar AUD cukup stabil sehingga tidak memerlukan intervensi dari bank sentral.

Sentimen positif juga datang dari Menkeu Jerman, Wolfgang Schaeuble, yang menyatakan bahwa Jerman tidak bermasalah dengan nilai tukar Euro yang saat ini menguat. Bursa saham Asia variatif menguat kecuali Shanghai dan Hang Seng yang melemah setelah rilis kenaikan indeks harga rumah China yang menimbulkan spekulasi Pemerintahan China akan segera menerapkan pembatasan pada industri properti.

Di sisi lain, penguatan yang terjadi dipicu komentar Gubernur RBA akan perbaikan ekonomi Australia ke depannya dan rebound saham-saham berorientasi domestik di Jepang.

Bursa saham Eropa berbalik positif setelah merespon kenaikan data indeks iklim bisnis dan ekspektasi bisnis Jerman meskipun data GDPnya tidak berubah dimana untuk bulanan sebesar -0,6 persen dan tahunan sebesar 0,1 persen.

Kenaikan data  consumer confidence  Italia turut memberikan sentimen positif ke pasar.

Bursa saham AS berbalik positif setelah terimbas rilis data Jerman dan masih adanya rilis kinerja dari para emiten yang dapat melampaui estimasi pasar, diantaranya Hewlett-Packard, American International Group Inc., dan Texas Instruments Inc.

Sebanyak 73 persen dari emiten dalam indeks S&P500 yang telah merilis kinerjanya berhasil melampaui estimasi keuntungan dan 64 persennya melampaui estimasi penjualan.

These funds will be used to add the equipment owned by the company. "The company needs to add a new fleet to meet customer demand and improved performance," said Daniel BEI building, Jakarta, Wednesday (20/2/2013).

In the same occasion, President Director Ito Warsito BEI, expressed a welcome as good for issuers who joined BEI's fifth this year. "As the fifth of the year, issuers TPMA is expected to be menyemarakan composite index at the stock market," stated Ito.
