In the seminar, according to Nawir, discussed the aspects of law enforcement are contained in law No. 5/1999 on the prohibition of the practice of monopoly and Competition of unhealthy Businesses (Law No. 5/1999) to oversee the business competition.
"Law No. 5/1999 it regulates competition law enforcement efforts in one Integrated Justice System that puts the Competition KPPU as law enforcement together with police, Prosecutor's Office, to pidananya as well as aspects of the KPK to aspects of corruptions," she chimes in.
